Since 2009 the Bring It On film series haven’t show anything new for us, but now here comes the new movie that will give us the cheerleader spirit. The movie is avaible now in platfroms like Netflix, iTunes and Play Store. Cristine Prosperi and Jordan Rodriguez are the main characters in this one.
Synopsis (from IMDb): Vivica A. Fox makes her Bring It On debut as Cheer Goddess, the Internet’s most popular “Cheer-lebrity.” When Destiny (Prosperi), captain of three-time national champions “The Rebels,” is challenged to a global cheer showdown by an edgy new team called “The Truth,” the Cheer Goddess organizes a virtual battle for squads from all around the world. It seems like the whole world wants to take down Destiny and her team, and they just might succeed, unless Destiny can rise to the challenge, set her ego aside and figure out who her real friends are.
As a huge fan of that movies franchise and a fan of Jordan & Cristine, it was obvious I was going to watch it. And I did…
The first thing I loved was Jordan Rodrigues and Cristine Prosperi as a couple in the movie (IDK if it’s a spoiler but it’s pretty obvious), we get to watch real cheerleaders from several countries all around the world.
For me, this movie deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5.
It’s a great cheerleader movie as the sixth movie, well it’s NOT the best, it’s good but not the BEST. Makes you have a good time watching it and enjoyable but sometimes makes you hate some characters, at some point the movie gets stuck and develop in a slowly way. I think they wanted to cover a lot in a short time and it worked at some point.
The message is something you get until the end, the characters show their true-selves until the very end. The characters have an incredible chemistry since the very first second and the dance moves (OMG) those dance moves are totally on point, that was definitely a different side from Cristine because we can all remember Jordan from…DANCE ACADEMY but I couldn’t even picture Cristine dancing like that, but she totally did it.
So, Do I recommend this movie? TOTALLY
I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for a movie as the others Bring It On, because this one is not like the rest. It’s an incredible movie that brings a fresh look to the franchise in our times, at the end it shows us that isn’t another cliche movie about empty cheerleaders.
I recommend it because:
- Great characters chemistry
- DANCE ROUTINES ON FLEEK
- The message that comes with it will get you
- It entertains
- You can have a good time watching, and you’ll be stuck watching it until the end.
- Cristine Prosperi and Jordan Rodrigues are a couple in the movie
- Real worldwide cheersquads videos on the movie
Give this movie the chance I know you won’t regret ’cause it’s worth it.
